Originally an iconic Nashville estate and later purchased at auction, this property was fully reimagined as the 2025 Flower Magazine Show House. Maker Construction led a complete interior gut renovation and exterior refinement, transforming the home into a showcase of design collaboration featuring 23 nationally recognized designers, including Mark Sikes.
