About The House

Tucked away at the end of a winding quarter-mile drive, this stunning six-bedroom, 11-bath estate—originally built in 1999—rests on six beautifully landscaped acres. Recently reimagined by the acclaimed Southeastern architecture firm Pfeffer Torode in collaboration with Nashville’s own Maker Construction, the expansive 20,000-square-foot residence has been transformed into a showcase of inspired interior design.

The property offers more than just a remarkable home. With a two-stall barn and private riding trails, the estate embraces the charm and tranquility of refined country living. Lush landscaping by Kaiser Trabue, one of Nashville’s premier landscape architecture studios, enhances the serene setting.

Inside, the home is rich in thoughtful details: a chef’s kitchen with a scullery and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, dual primary suites, an elegant salon complete with a wet bar, a richly appointed wood-paneled study, and a formal dining room with a dedicated butler’s pantry. Outdoor amenities include a spacious screened-in porch with a stone fireplace, a resort-style waterfall pool, and a private cabana—perfect for entertaining or relaxing in style.
